FMA AN/PEQ 15 LA-5 style Battery box

TB418

AN/PEQ 15 LA-5 is an evolved version of the standard AN/PEQ-15 Advanced Target Pointer/Illuminator/Aiming Light (ATPIAL). "LA-5" is actually a code name given to the equipment after its deployment, with some minor adjustments and improvements made to its functionality. For example, there are adjustments to the windage adjustment knob and the distribution of limit screws, but the operation still maintains the minimalist design of the PEQ-15.

As a standard laser module for US government agencies and military personnel, it has been widely used in numerous combat and training scenarios. The outstanding feature of this device is that it provides everything you need in a compact size. Its design allows for mounting the device at a lower position on the rail and wrapping around the Picatinny rail, achieving a low-profile and snag-free characteristic. This is achieved through the use of a recessed rail grabber mounting system. The embedded switch is located on the top of the housing, making it convenient for operation in the field while wearing gloves. The body casing is made of high-density/impact-resistant polymer, making it extremely durable. This material reduces the weight of the device, which is particularly noticeable when carrying weapons for extended periods. It also features a rearward battery compartment that allows users to remove the battery without taking off the device. The battery cover is spring-loaded, allowing the device to absorb more recoil from automatic weapons. There is a molded sling loop on the back. The windage and elevation of the illuminator are controlled by easy-to-operate knobs, allowing for quick adjustments in the field without the need for tools. The adjustment of the aiming laser is done with a small flathead screwdriver that requires tools. This allows users to zero the illuminator for multiple different ranges in the field.

The FMA AN/PEQ 15 LA-5 style battery box launched by FMA is suitable for players who have a demand for aesthetics. The external details are finely crafted, faithfully replicating all the details of the prototype, and the bottom supports standard Picatinny rails. The shell is made of high-strength nylon, and the interior has a large space for users to place batteries. The internal dimensions are approximately 65mm*50mm*17mm, capable of storing batteries with capacities ranging from 1300mAh (11.1V) to 1400mAh (9.6V).Included stickers.
